An PCB factory had been using a Reverse Osmosis System to purify and reuse the waste water from production; the performance of the Reverse Osmosis System can only achieve 50% of the system design, highly affecting the productivity and increasing the cost of energy.
Factory installed “ElectroChemical System” on the water pipe of Reverse Osmosis System to increase volume of water production. After a month, it resulted as per below:

Energy : Saved 172,800kWh (50%) per annum, Cost is saved and Carbon Emission is reduced;

Productivity : Production volume of Pure Water has been improved by 103,680 m(50％), Productivity is improved and Cost is reduced;

Environment : Chemical consumption reduced 1.25tons per annum (25%), less wasted water is produced and environment can be improved;
