Chiller

An electronics factory’s had been using their Chiller for more than 10 years and its performance had been dropping and the energy consumption is continuously increasing.

The factory installed the “ElectroChemical System” on the water pipe of the Water-Cooling Tower to eliminate the hard scale. After 3 months, it resulted as per below:

• Energy : Saved 129,272kWh (15.7%) per annum, Cost is saved and Carbon Emission is reduced;

• Productivity : Heat transfer performance has been improved by 1.4 ºC (27%), Energy is saved and maintenance level of Chiller is improved;

• Environment : Chemical consumption is reduced 1.52 tons per annum (95%), less wasted water is produced and environment can be improved;
